You're not hauling flowers through the city yourself. The florist and photographer work together to frame the moment.

The hidden photographer phase is specific to proposals. Our photographer arrives early, blends into the background, and captures the instant your partner says yes—or you ask the question. It's discreet enough that they won't feel watched, but close enough that the expression is clear. After that, we move into a 30-minute couple shoot where you're relaxed, you know the camera is there, and we're getting portraits, motion shots, and moments of you holding each other or walking together through the location.

Optional makeup and hair can happen in your hotel room before we head out. If you want to look polished, we bring the artist to you—no commute, no stress.

Step 01: Message us on WhatsApp. Tell us the city you're traveling to (Hanoi, Saigon, or Hoi An), your dates, how many people are in your group, and what you have in mind. Are you proposing, celebrating an anniversary, or both? Do you want makeup? Fresh flowers at the location? No lengthy forms. Step 02: We plan it around your hotel. Once we understand your vision, we coordinate with our makeup artist, photographer, and florist (if needed). We figure out the ao dai size if you want to wear one, we scout the walking route or location near where you're staying, and we send you a simple confirmation. This includes the meeting time, the exact meeting point, and anything you need to know. No surprises, no confusion.

Step 03: Show up. We do the rest. On the day, we come to your hotel room if you've booked makeup and hair. Then you head out with the photographer and florist (if applicable). You're still on holiday. You're not managing logistics or waiting weeks for images.

Vietnam's three main cities each have a completely different character, and we know the light, the quietest times, and the legal spots in each one. In Hoi An, the Ancient Town's yellow-washed walls are unmistakable. The Japanese Covered Bridge is small and intimate. The Thu Bon River at dusk fills with lantern boats, creating soft, dreamy light. Wear an ao dai if you want the full experience. An ao dai—the traditional Vietnamese tunic dress—is available in every size, silk, and color. It photographs beautifully, feels ceremonial without being a wedding dress, and it's a cultural moment. Wearing one in Vietnam, especially during a proposal or anniversary, signals respect and intention. We coordinate sizing with you before the shoot, so it fits perfectly. If you skip the ao dai, wear something that makes you feel confident. Solid colors photograph better than busy patterns—deep jewel tones, neutrals, soft pastels. Golden hour is real, and we chase it. The hour after sunrise and the two hours before sunset deliver the softest, most flattering light in photography. If you're proposing or celebrating on a specific date you can't move, we'll schedule the shoot during that window. Midday sun creates harsh shadows and makes people squint—we avoid it. Overcast days are actually wonderful; the sky acts like a giant softbox, diffusing light evenly. You won't get those dramatic shadows, but you get a calm, clean aesthetic.

Vietnam's seasons matter. Hanoi is cool and clear from October to March, with stunning visibility. April through September is hot, humid, and rainy. Saigon is warm year-round but has a monsoon season from May to September; the air is thick, light is diffuse. Hoi An's dry season is October to April; afterward, it gets steamy. About rain: If the forecast shows rain on your scheduled shoot day, we'll discuss rescheduling or finding covered locations within the city. You're not forced to shoot in a downpour, and we won't set up fresh flowers in a storm. A proposal photoshoot is often just the beginning. Many couples who book this package also want to extend their time with us—either on the same trip or planning a larger pre-wedding photoshoot for later. If you're engaged after this trip, you might return to Vietnam months before your wedding and do a full day of shooting, maybe with a change of outfits or multiple locations. Makeup and hair can be enhanced or extended. If you're doing the proposal package and then a full day of celebration, we can do more elaborate makeup or refresh it between shoots.
