FAQ
If yours is not here, WhatsApp us — a human replies, in English, 6am to 9pm Vietnam time.
Two to three days is ideal so we can match you with an artist and photographer and reserve the ao dai in your size. Same-day is sometimes possible — message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly.
Your artist comes to your hotel or Airbnb for makeup and hair. The photographer then meets you at the first location, which we plan around where you are staying.
A light, neutral top and fitted bottoms (leggings or slim trousers) work best. We bring the ao dai and the traditional trousers; you keep your own shoes, so choose something comfortable for walking.
All the good frames from the session, edited, within 48 hours via an online gallery. Rush delivery the same evening is available.
Hanoi and Saigon have real rainy seasons. We watch the forecast, move the start time or shift indoors (cafés, temples, hotel), and if the day is a wash-out we reschedule at no cost.
Yes — this is what Cáo does every day for local weddings. Tell us the time you need to be ready and the artist arrives at your hotel with a full kit, including early-morning slots.
Booking and coordination are in English over WhatsApp. Artists and photographers have working English for the session; we also serve Korean, Chinese and Russian guests with translated briefs.
We confirm the booking with a small deposit and you pay the rest on the day. Payment details and options are sent on WhatsApp when we confirm.
Yes, and we recommend it in both cities — 6:30am at Hoan Kiem Lake or the Saigon riverside is empty and the light is soft. Makeup starts an hour earlier at your hotel.
Yes. Men’s ao dai in several colors and children’s sizes from about age 3. Tell us heights when you book.
You receive all edited frames. Raw files are available on request for pre-wedding and elopement packages.
Always. Our photographers live in the city they shoot, which is why the routes avoid crowds and the light is right.
